USA & UK works are undertaken by the Immigration One (legal name, 'Optimus Law Group', English-based law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ).  Australian and New Zealand works are undertaken by Migration Matters Ltd.  Canadian works are undertaken by the Law Office of Gregory James.  Thus, when opting for services with Migration Matters and Greg James, you would be bound by their terms and conditions. 

Office Locations
Immigration One operates full-serviced offices to enable immigration services to be offered to clients across the world.  Immigration One has a base in London, UK and an affiliate office in Chicago, IL, which is run by our legal counsel, Marc Harris.  Affiliate services for Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are offered at our affiliates' own offices.   With the help of correspondent and affiliate offices, we can offer our clients convenient access to us 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
